
Jose Comoda is a trainer with a contemporary and progressive approach
to Pilates instruction, weight training and athletic performance enhancement.
He received his formal fitness education from the prestigious American
Council on Exercise (A.C. E.) and has maintained his certificate of
personal training since 2001. In 2002 he attended the Physical Mind
Institute where he earned his certification as a Pilates Instructor.

Jose uses Pilates to assist his clients in resculpting and toning
their bodies. Through a combination of core strengthening exercises,
he is able to assist you in attaining better balance, alignment and
coordination. The movement, stretching and strengthening provided by
Pilates exercises increase the range of motion of your joints and muscles
and simply makes you feel great!
He has studied and performed with the esteemed San Francisco
Ballet School, San Francisco Conservatory of Ballet, Oakland Ballet,
Ballet Oklahoma and Atlanta Ballet. This former professional dancer
has an extensive experience in sports rehabilitation. He uses dance
therapy and rehabilitative techniques to address the common aliments
and repetitive injuries of professional athletes and the weekend warrior.
One-on-one and group Pilates Mat classes with Jose are offered in
both the San Francisco Bay Area. To attend one of his classes,
