Kim Reininger has been performing since the age of three. It was at
Ms. Anne’s Ballet School for Children that she first experienced
her love and passion for dance. With her eye on Hollywood and Broadway
and her desire to master various dance forms, Kim began training intensively
in modern dance, tap, lyrical and Broadway jazz, ballet and aerobic
fitness conditioning. She has performed for over 15 years in Los Angeles
and San Francisco in numerous entertainment events, theater productions
and MTV and VH1 music videos featuring popular musical artists.

Kim earned her Bachelor of Science from San Francisco State University
with a degree in Business Administration and a Minor in Dance. Although
she has always worked in the corporate world, her true passion is performing
and helping others stay fit through developing fitness programs that
incorporate dance, yoga, cardiovascular conditioning and weight training.
Kim has not only been successful in reducing the weight of her clients,
but she also helps them find the positive and motivating factors within
themselves which are necessary for staying mentally and physically
fit as well. Her patience makes her a perfect selection for beginners,
larger populations as well as geriatric individuals, but her expertise
in weight training allows her to efficiently train all fitness levels.
Kim also has taught creative dance for children and developed programs
to encourage children to communicate with others and understand diversity
through movement and self-expression.
Kim hopes to help people find balance in their lives while increasing
their stamina, flexibility and overall health through concentrated
programs utilizing aerobic dance, yoga and stretching techniques.
