Paul athletic prowess is a testament to this philosophy indeed. From the ripe young age of 7, Paul began his pursuit of athletic perfection playing in a youth soccer league for 8 years. He then made the transition to football, wrestling, and baseball. He excelled and became a three-sport letterman in high school and in college.  In college, his sports were football, track and gymnastics. He became captain of the football team and was spotted by the NFL drafting committee. Although he came up short for the NFL, he did play semi-Pro football as a wide receiver for 3 years. 


Paul is not just all brawn.  He’s got the brains too! He has a Bachelors degree in Exercise science from Bridgewater State University in Massachusetts. He has been a personal trainer for over 10 years and has an understanding of the integration of anatomy and biomechanics in customizing a training approach to fit any goal.

Paul’s focus is on finding new and more affective ways to approach fitness in today's fitness savvy market. He incorporates alternative activities like rock climbing, hiking, water sports and will even take you to the basketball court or football field to improve your skills.
